Shine apparels is ideally located in Tirupur, the knit capital of India, manufacturing both knit and woven apparels. We specialize in making babies and kids garments and at present supplying for a few well known brands of france & Nigeria . Since we specialize in Mens and Kids garments, we are well aware of the quality and safety requirements needed for these products. Apparels produced by us passes CPSIA testing 100% - default and we pay special attention to this. We do internal lab testing right from Yarn to the finished product.
Process
This involves the creation of fabric by interlooping yarn to produce the material used for the garment, often resulting in stretchy and comfortable cloth like jersey. (Note: This is often the first step for knit garments, or replaced by weaving for woven garments.)
This is the critical process of imparting color to the fabric, yarn, or fiber using various dyes and chemical auxiliaries to achieve the desired shade and colorfastness.
This decorative process applies a design, logo, or text directly to the fabric (printing) using techniques like screen or digital methods, often done on bulk fabric before cutting.
This decorative process creates raised decorative designs or logos using colored thread and specialized embroidery machines, typically performed on the fabric before cutting or sometimes on finished panels.
After spreading the prepared fabric, this step involves precisely cutting the material into garment pieces (like sleeves, collars, body panels) according to the pattern templates.
This is the assembly stage where cut fabric pieces are sewn together using various sewing machines and techniques to construct the final shape of the garment.
Also known as finishing, this step uses heat and steam to remove wrinkles and give the garment a neat, crisp look, enhancing its final appearance before packing.
Once quality checked and pressed, the final step involves folding, tagging, and bagging the garments into cartons, preparing them for shipment and retail display.

ENERGY-SAVING SERVOMOTOR IS INSTALLED IN THE DIRECT-DRIVE STYLE. THE MO-6800AS(D)/DD SERIES OF SEWING MACHINE IS PROVIDED AS STANDARD WITH THE SIDE CUTTER WITH 2-POINT MATERIAL SENSOR (DD22) AND THE CHAIN-OFF THE THREAD TRIMMING DEVICE WITH A 3-POINT MATERIAL SENSOR (DD23).
